HR Generalist | Manufacturing | Westmeath Job Overview A leading manufacturing company in Co. Westmeath is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing HR team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle in a supportive and people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and support recruitment for indirect roles and assist with direct hiring Coordinate onboarding and inductions for new employees Support managers with performance management, reviews, and HR queries Assist with employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes Administer employee benefits and liaise with external providers Support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and company events Prepare HR reports and metrics, including absenteeism, turnover, and headcount Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Minimum 2+ years experience in an HR Generalist / HR Officer role Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment is an advantage Relevant third-level qualification in HR or Business (CIPD desirable) Strong HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office skills Whats on Offer Competitive salary and Benefits package Training and development opportunities Permanent role in a stable manufacturing environment How to Apply Click Apply Now to submit your CV, or contact Tina Cornally on for a confidential discussion.
