An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Generalist to join a well-established insurance organisation based Dublin 2. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role and is passionate about creating an engaging, inclusive and supportive workplace.
In this role, you'll take ownership of initiatives that enhance the employee experience, from wellbeing programmes and engagement activities to recognition schemes that make people feel valued. You'll play a central part in shaping an inclusive culture, championing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and embedding positive practices across the organisation. You'll also support internal communications, ensuring employees are informed and inspired through clear, values-driven messaging.
Your responsibilities will stretch across the full employee journey. From attracting and onboarding new talent to advising on employee relations and helping develop HR policies, you'll bring expertise and empathy in equal measure. You'll also look for opportunities to continuously improve processes, ensuring that people-related initiatives are not only effective but also future-focused.
It is expected you have a strong background in HR and a genuine interest in workplace culture. Ideally, you'll hold a relevant degree qualification and CIPD accreditation (or be working towards it), A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for inclusion and engagement will help you thrive in this role.
