Quantity Surveyor Dublin 12 Monday Friday €60,000 - €70,000 Our client is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin 12. Role Requirements: Assist in preparing and analyzing project costings and budgets. Support senior commercial staff in tendering and procurement processes. Monitor project variations and manage subcontractor accounts. Prepare valuations and final accounts under supervision. Liaise with site teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress and prepare regular cost reports and forecasts. Conduct valuations, manage variations, and assess contractor claims. Ensure contractual and financial compliance across the project. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on commercial matters. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities. Candidate Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. 2-3 years experience in a QS or commercial support role. Proven experience in a similar role within large-scale construction (main contractor) or engineering projects. Effective negotiation skills with both internal and external customers.
