We are seeking a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Professional to spearhead our payroll operations and compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate master data and process payroll efficiently in line with Revenue regulations and company policies.
* Prepare payroll budgets, forecasts, accruals, journals, and performance metrics.
* Act as the primary contact for employee queries and statutory filings.
* Lead payroll projects and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Administer health insurance, pension, PHI, and death-in-service schemes effectively.
* Manage provider relationships, renewals, payments, and communications efficiently.
* Support employee onboarding and offboarding into benefit programs.
* Deliver Total Reward Statements and advise on market benchmarking.
Requirements: A degree in Business Studies or related field. Membership in IPASS and IIPM. Proven experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits management. Strong IT skills and knowledge of payroll systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
