**About the Team**Our Globalisation Platform Engineering organisation's mission is to lead the internationalisation and localisation of Workday products and peripheral content.

**About the Role****Lead and scale a high-impact G11n Engineering team** with a primary focus on Cross-Organisational (XO) initiatives.
You will mentor a diverse group of 6–8 engineers across California, Dublin, and Chennai, evolving them into a high-performing unit.
Your team will own the end-to-end globalisation and localisation tooling for P&T, including our customer-facing Translations Hub and our NMT-powered Auto Translate Framework.
**About You****Basic Qualification*** Experience leading a group of XO software engineers and/or XO software delivery projects.
* G11n + L10n experience.
* 5+ years experience in software development engineering, including designing, developing, and deploying software solutions.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience using Kanban.
**Other Qualification*** Understanding of Decision Making processes in guiding engineering teams and projects.
* Solid understanding of Engineering Leadership principles in leading technical teams.
* Developing Influencing Skills to guide team members and stakeholders.
* Good understanding of Mentorship principles for supporting team member growth.
* Awareness of People Management principles for leading a software development team.
* Strong understanding of Software Development principles relevant to managing technical teams.
* Developing skills in delivering Technical Presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Solid understanding of Technical Project Management principles.
* Solid understanding of Requirements and their importance in software development.
