I'm partnering with an Irish-headquartered multinational client to recruit an experienced
Senior HR Business Partner
to join their newly appointed Head of HR. This is a genuine build-from-scratch opportunity to shape culture and implement best-in-class HR practices across their supply chain and retail operations.

The Role
Strategic Partnership
* Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute the people agenda aligned to 2026 strategy
* Act as trusted advisor on workforce planning, organisational design, and transformation
* Drive change initiatives in collaboration with global HR
Leadership & Employee Relations
* Lead and develop a team of 4
* Manage complex ER cases in a unionised environment with fairness and compliance
* Establish robust HR policies and procedures
Talent & Culture
* Coach managers on performance management and capability building
* Support succession planning, internal mobility, and high-potential development
* Champion employee experience initiatives that drive engagement and retention
* Bridge operations across supply chain, retail, and L&D functions
Data & Insight
* Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and guide strategic decisions
What You'll Bring
* 10+ years HR experience in large, fast-paced global organisations
* Proven track record in a unionised, high-volume environment (essential)
* People management experience leading HR teams
* Senior stakeholder management across multinational organisations
* Strong influencing skills at all levels
* Proactive, collaborative working style with excellent communication skills
* Ambitious with genuine desire to develop and grow
