About the Role
Our client is looking for a detail-driven
Project Support Analyst / Scheduler
to join their programme office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on keeping projects organised, spotting potential risks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll be the link that holds multiple workstreams together — bringing schedules, milestones, and progress updates into one clear, consolidated view. If you enjoy turning complexity into order and supporting programme managers to deliver successfully, this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
* Maintain an integrated programme schedule across multiple workstreams.
* Consolidate individual project plans into a single view using MS Project/Smartsheet.
* Track dependencies, milestones, and critical paths across build, test, cutover, and run phases.
* Support the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and contribute to status reporting.
* Provide project administration support, including governance packs, meeting minutes, follow-ups, and document control.
* Work closely with the Programme Office team to ensure smooth delivery.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a
project support, PMO, or project coordination role
.
* Confidence using
MS Project or Smartsheet
(and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to track multiple moving parts.
* Strong communication skills — able to capture and share information clearly.
* A proactive, collaborative approach and eye for detail.
