We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Investment Banking workflow responsible for selling into Investment Banking sector. You will be a People Leader and will be driving the success of a diverse sales team who cover EMEA region.
Role Summary
This is a first line Sales management role and you will lead the development of the sales strategy for the market and drive team performance in a pro-active manner to ensure that the territory's sales budget number is achieved.
What will you be doing?
* Lead and execute the gross sales plan for the IB business
* Drive Hunting Mentality: Pipeline growth through structured activity motions and discipline around sales plan & campaigns
* Work closely with the local Account Management Leadership team.
* Consult and contribute on large regional deals
* People Management – hiring, performance management and development
* Own and drive market level sales campaigns
* Establish strong relationships with the IB Customer Strategy and Execution teams and the Proposition teams who create and build the products.
What are we looking for?
We would like someone to have a strong knowledge of the Investment Banking space and have prior experience in leading a sales team to success.

* Understanding of the product and workflow environment
