Job DescriptionIntellectual Property & Dispute ResolutionWe are recruiting for a talented Associate to join a rapidly growing IP & Dispute Resolution team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients across a wide range of industries, including life sciences, technology, and AI. As part of this dynamic team, you will gain exposure to strategically important cases, working on multi-jurisdictional matters and collaborating with colleagues from across the globe.What you can expect in this role:Advise clients on cutting-edge intellectual property and dispute resolution matters, focusing on issues affecting digital technologies, AI, and other transformative sectors.Work on high-profile and high-stakes cases, including litigation in the Superior Courts and cases with international components.Collaborate closely with an international team, gaining exposure to global IP and dispute matters.Opportunities for continuous career development, with significant mentoring and guidance from senior team members.The Role:Provide expert advice to clients on intellectual property issues, including patents, trademarks, and design rights.Assist with complex dispute resolution, handling cases across multiple jurisdictions, and collaborating with a cross-border team.Advise on technology-related disputes, digital rights, and matters involving emerging technologies such as AI and data privacy.Be involved in high-value litigation in both national and international jurisdictions.The Person:Qualified Solicitor with NQ - 5 years' PQE in IP or dispute resolution law.Strong experience in managing both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.Proven ability to work effectively in a team and handle a diverse caseload.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.A keen interest in emerging technologies and innovation in the legal space.Why Apply:Global Exposure: Work with international clients on multi-jurisdictional cases.Career Development: Excellent opportunities for career growth and progression.Collaborative Environment: Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your professional development is a priority.Next Steps:For more information or to apply for this IP & Dispute Resolution role, please contact Amy Davis at Hunter Savage.
