We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Operations Manager to lead all marketing activity across our e-commerce website, retail stores, and growing brand.
This is a key role in our business, responsible for planning and delivering campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-store channels, helping us connect with customers both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage all email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring seamless customer journeys and personalized experiences.
2. Oversee automated email flows with agency support, maintaining high levels of engagement and conversion.
3. Work with agency partners to manage SMS marketing strategy and delivery, optimizing results and ROI.
1. Create and post engaging social media content across platforms, showcasing brand tone and messaging.
2. Plan seasonal social campaigns aligned with brand goals and messaging, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
3. Manage content calendar and brand storytelling across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and relevance.
4. Track and report on performance, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
1. Coordinate with agency partners on Meta and Google Ads strategy, aligning paid content with organic campaigns and brand goals.
2. Monitor performance and provide input to improve ROI, ensuring strong return on investment.
3. Manage daily content/product updates on Shopify website, owning image selection, SEO, product merchandising, and tagging.
1. Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for new collections, gifting periods, and key brand moments, projecting a cohesive brand image.
2. Project manage lifestyle and e-commerce photo shoots, including shot lists, styling, and themes, capturing high-quality visual content.
3. Create radio ads and printed materials to support seasonal campaigns, extending brand reach and impact.
1. Track, analyze, and report on performance across all digital channels, leveraging data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
2. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify reports, Klaviyo dashboards) to drive decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
1. Develop POS and in-store marketing materials, supporting retail store initiatives and events.
2. Support marketing efforts, including events for our retail stores, artisan cafe, and production mill, fostering a positive brand experience.
3. Work with the B2B team to support wholesale and trade marketing, expanding brand presence and partnerships.
1. Create and manage loyalty campaigns and post-purchase journeys, building strong relationships with customers and driving retention.
2. Ensure communications are aligned across all customer touchpoints, providing a cohesive brand experience.
3. Provide occasional customer service support where needed, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
* Degree or post-graduate qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline, underpinning strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads, demonstrating proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices (including technical SEO), ensuring search engine visibility and online reputation.
* Comfortable using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools, applying creative vision and aesthetic sense to marketing materials.
* Strong copywriting, campaign planning, and project management skills, driving results-oriented marketing strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks, adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
* Experience working with external agencies, cultivating effective partnerships and collaborations.
* Strong attention to detail and passion for brand building, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer experiences.
