As Finance Operations Manager you will: Lead the site annual budget formation process from September-November working with corporate HQ in the US and local heads of departments to create spending parameters and cost saving initiatives for 2027 Business partner with the site General Manager on financial analysis of costs, revenue and capital expenditure projects Manage the month-end close process mentoring and approving the work of a team of three qualified and part-qualified employees Prepare and present management reporting packs monthly Drive a number of finance related projects including the upgrade of the ERP system Galway manufacturing company With a site turnover of €25m driven by R&D and production activities, youll enjoy the personable and friendly atmosphere that exists where leaders are accessible and everyone has an open door policy. There is significant investment into improving processes through automation with a dedicated continuous improvement team onsite to assist each department. Having been acquired by a global group in the past decade the integration work continues as processes and systems are merged and you will drive this from a finance perspective. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with financial analysis experience from any industry, ideally from within a medium to large sized company.
