We have an exciting opportunity for a Capital Projects Contract Engineer to join our Inside Sales RDD Business Unit based in Limerick, supporting capital projects across the EMEA region.This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the centre of project delivery, managing contracts from order receipt through to final shipment, while collaborating with global teams, customers, and major EPC contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of contract execution post–order receipt, ensuring compliance with customer specificationsCoordinate and deliver comprehensive documentation packages in line with contract requirementsSupport and coordinate Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and quality inspection activitiesLiaise with internal teams, international affiliates, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely project deliveryMonitor project progress, identify risks, and support on-time completionWork closely with customers, EPC contractors, and expeditors to ensure smooth communication and executionCoordinate shipping documentation and ensure timely dispatch of productsAbout YouDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or 3–5 years’ experience in a similar roleExperience in EPC contractor environments, Process OEMs, or project management is highly desirableStrong IT skills, including advanced ExcelExcellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across customers and internal teamsFluent in English; additional European languages are an advantageWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a market-leading global companyExposure to international capital projects and EPC contractorsA fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performing team environmentClear progression opportunities into senior project or capital project management rolesIf you are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to complex engineering projects, we would love to hear from you.
