The OpportunityDue to our continued growth, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and optimise our customer retention strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Retention, you will be responsible for reducing churn, enhancing customer loyalty and developing a high-performing team of retention advisors, specialists, and supervisors.
