Job Opportunity: Dynamics 365 Architect/Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform to fill the role of Senior Dynamics 365 Architect/Lead. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, providing strategic guidance to clients across diverse industries and ensuring successful, transformative implementations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project delivery for large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives, driving solution design, development, configuration, and testing.
* Drive pre-sales activities, scope engagements, participate in sales presentations, and develop proposals to secure new business opportunities.
* Mentor and provide technical leadership to consultants and developers, establishing best practices, design patterns, and methodologies.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, review processes, and recommend strategic Dynamics 365 solutions, while fostering strong client relationships.
Requirements:
* 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics implementation delivery.
* Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture, implementation, and specific modules such as Customer Engagement and Field Service.
* Proven leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to engage effectively with clients at all organisational levels.
* A profound understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
