Customer Success Manager
We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with our exciting customers, guiding them through the customer journey and helping them unlock the value of their investment.
This role involves building trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, developing customer success plans, and maintaining expertise in our products and solutions.
You'll engage with customers to drive early and sustained product adoption, reduce churn and contraction through risk identification and mitigation, and support complex enterprise customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, a strong understanding of SaaS business models, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
