Service Advisor
to join our service team.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for service customers - in person, over the phone, and online
Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient workshop loading
Provide accurate estimates, explain service work clearly, and obtain customer authorisations
Liaise between customers and the workshop, keeping both parties updated
Promote additional services and maintenance plans where appropriate
Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
Ensure all invoicing, warranty, and service documentation is completed accurately
Deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident with IT systems and booking software
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for customer care
