The Person:
We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Runway 28 team at our rooftop terrace. You should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, essential for this customer-facing role. You will be hardworking, have a positive attitude, and enjoy providing excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets, meeting guest requests promptly, and assisting in training, developing, mentoring, and motivating the team.

The successful applicant must:
* Have at least two years' experience in the hotel/hospitality sector, including food and beverage service
* Be calm, efficient, professional, and organized
* Be eager to learn, with training provided
* Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
* Have excellent written and spoken English
* Pay close attention to detail
* Be capable of working independently or as part of a team
* Ideally familiar with MEWS and Bizzon systems
* Be physically fit and comfortable with physical activity
* Be flexible with work shifts, covering Monday to Sunday, early mornings to late evenings
Specific responsibilities include:
* Participating as a member of the Departmental Management Team
* Assisting in planning activities
* Delivering training as per hotel standards
* Supervising service to ensure excellent customer experience
* Mentoring and encouraging team members
* Conducting counseling sessions if needed
* Being knowledgeable about our products and services
* Engaging in service activities such as setup, greeting, seating, taking orders, and serving guests efficiently
* Referring issues to senior management when necessary
* Liaising with other departments
* Implementing cost and waste control measures
* Proposing initiatives and innovations
* Maintaining professionalism, dignity, and respect in all interactions
* Upholding personal hygiene, appearance, and conduct standards
* Following health & safety policies and procedures
