Hotel Operations Manager Opportunity
The position of Hotel Operations Manager is a key role within our hotel, responsible for the day-to-day operations and ensuring excellent service to all guests.
Main Responsibilities:
* Fully responsible for the smooth operation of this busy 66-bedroom property and a team of staff.
* Work in conjunction with senior management to set targets and proposals for the property.
* Drive sales initiatives within the property in conjunction with the sales team.
* Coordinate the Health & Safety agenda in the property.
* Facilitate regular meetings with the team to discuss objectives and progress.
Requirements:
* 2 years' experience as a Senior Operations Manager/Hotel Manager within a similar hotel environment.
* Strong knowledge of all departments within the hotel, particularly in food & beverage/sales & events.
* Experience in training and developing staff.
* Proven track record in achieving results and targets.
* Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
