Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the product meets the required specifications and quality standards.
Perform regression, performance, and stress testing to ensure system robustness and scalability.
Continuously improve test processes and automation practices.
Maintain and update testing documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the development lifecycle.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing, and test automation.
Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, remote-first team.
Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
