Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and oversee all aspects of room, event, and food & beverage management.
This role involves guiding, training, and developing the team to maximize revenue while ensuring a positive guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Reservations Manager and working knowledge of hotel office systems.
* Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Ensure efficient arrival and departure procedures
* Deliver high-level guest care through effective communication
* Maintain back-office operations and administration
* Promote the hotel and its services
Requirements
* Previous experience as Reservations Manager
* Working knowledge of Hotel Office Systems
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
