Marketing Manager Our Client who are a friendly, family-owned business looking for a hands-on Marketing Managerwho enjoys a mix of traditional and digital marketing - located in Co. Meath This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety and wants to make a real role is split 50/50 from running in-store promotions and managing print materials, to planning digital campaigns, creating social media content, and updating the website.
Youll also help organise events, support the sales team, and keep our brand consistent across everything we do.
Youll be working with a supportive team, with space to share your ideas and take ownership of projects.
Were looking for someone whos creative, organised, and confident managing campaigns from start to finish reporting directly to the stakeholder team.
Branding & In-Store Marketing (POS): Act as the brand ambassador, making sure our brand look, tone, and message stay consistent everywhere Help create and manage marketing materials that reflect who we are as a brand Plan and roll out in-store marketing like signage, displays, and printed promotions Work closely with sales and retail teams to keep things consistent across all locations Track whats working in-store and make improvements based on results Digital & Social Media Marketing: Oversee our website and digital platforms, making sure content is fresh and engaging Create and schedule content for social media, email, and blog posts Monitor performance and use insights to improve future content Plan and run email campaigns to connect with customers and drive results Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and apply new ideas where relevant Content Creation & Strategy: Develop creative content that supports our brand and campaign goals Research market trends and understand what matters to our audience Work with internal teams to gather stories, updates, and ideas for content Create and manage a simple, effective content calendar Website Management & Customer Experience: Keep the website updated using our CMS, including SEO and building landing pages Use data to understand the customer journey and find ways to improve it Share monthly reports with the Head of Sales & Marketing Coordinate with digital partners and agencies when needed Events & Promotions: Organise marketing events, pop-ups, trade shows, and sponsorships Take care of logistics, promotion, and making sure the event runs smoothly Measure success and make sure events support wider business goals Day-to-Day Tasks: Manage marketing spend within budget Join team meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions Stay informed about our products and services so you can speak confidently about them If you would like to hear more regarding this position, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Leanne Thornton or call Leanne on .If you are interested in finding out more about the above role and would like to be considered for this or other suitable roles that we may have available for your skill set please attach your CV via the link provided.
