Sanderson are partnering with an established and well-regarded legal firm in North Dublin to recruit for a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor to join a progressive legal practice based in North Dublin.
This is a rare opportunity for a driven legal professional to become an integral part of a respected firm with a clear and supported route to Junior Partnership.
Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
You will be working closely with senior partners and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, with a view to progressing to Junior Partner within a defined timeframe.
Litigation: Handling civil and commercial disputes, court appearances, and case strategy.
Property Law and Conveyancing: Managing residential and commercial transactions, title reviews, and liaising with stakeholders.
Probate and Wills: Advising clients on estate planning, administering estates, and drafting wills.
Family Law: Representing clients in matters including separation, divorce, custody, and maintenance.
Candidate Profile: Minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience as a Solicitor in a general practice or specialist firm.
Strong technical knowledge and practical experience across the listed practice areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while contributing to a team environment.
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
Ambition to progress to a leadership role within the firm.
