Responsibilities:

1. To lead and manage a skilled team of professionals in maintaining and processing all lifecycle events for Private Credit.

2. To oversee client deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices and processes.

3. To develop operational standards and procedures that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

4. To provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
">
5. To foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, vendors, loan agents, and relationship managers across a global team.

6. To collaborate with other teams on resource planning and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
">
7. To ensure timely query resolution and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:
">
">
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in alternative funds, with at least 5 years in private credit/loan operations.
">
* Four years in a supervisory or management role.
">
* Familiarity with portfolio accounting systems.
">
* Proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx automation tools.

* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
