3. Handle reservations calls with precision and provide top-notch guest care.
4. Oversee room allocation and collaborate with Accommodation to ensure timely availability.
5. Promote the hotel's services and local attractions to guests.
6. Maintain accurate filing and administrative systems in the department.
7. Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as Assistant Front Office Manager is essential.
* Working knowledge of Front Office Systems.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
