Sales Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, including data entry and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer orders from receipt to shipping, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience
* Interpret customer contracts and quotes, ensuring compliance with terms and policies
* Develop and maintain efficient processes for order management and tracking
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce or ERP systems is an advantage
* Prior experience in an administrative or office-based role; excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
