Job TitlePre-Works Schedule CoordinatorRole PurposeTo review and prepare all maintenance jobs before technician attendance, ensuring works are correctly scoped, SLAs are met, and technicians have the right information, prep notes, stock and resources to complete jobs first time or efficiently manage revisits.Key ResponsibilitiesReview all open maintenance works, SLAs, priorities, and job details and filter into schedules.Liaise with clients, schedule teams, trade staff & managers to line up and deliver a high standard of works.Identify the correct trade and scope of works across all maintenance disciplines.Complete pre-works consultations via video calls, WhatsApp, photographs, and remote consultation with site occupants.Review previous reports, notes, and job history.Produce clear pre-works notes and instructions for technicians.Provide key updates to clients and pricing details for works wherever needed.Support revisit planning and reduce avoidable repeat visits.Liaise with operations teams and field technicians to ensure job readiness.Support techs on all upcoming works (large & minor)We cover all Trades so experience in multi trades is essential : Plumbing, carpentry, locksmiths, electrical, door & window installs, void works and all general property maintenance.Experience & SkillsHigh level of experience in a similar role within building or property maintenance.Strong knowledge of multiple maintenance trades and suppliers.Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.Confident using CRM systems, reviewing photographs, and remote consultation tools.Key Outcomes from the roleImproved first-time fix ratesReduced revisitsStrong SLA performanceWorking EnvironmentOffice-based, at our HQ in 19 Greenhills Business Park, D24VO27Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €55,000.00-€60,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
