Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed agreed KPIs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and managing client relationships in financial services.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed agreed KPIs, ensuring the growth of existing business opportunities and developing new logos.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, decision makers, and other key stakeholders across financial services, leveraging expertise in Client Lifecycle Management/Consulting to understand and address client needs.
3. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and issues, and present Delta Capita's solutions to meet these objectives, driving renewal opportunities and ensuring effectivemunication and coordination across the organisation.
4. Internal stakeholder management, working with the wider Sales management team to develop a business plan and go-to-market/demand management initiatives leveraging DC's organisation to develop core revenues and penetration across the account base.
5. Collaborate with Regional Lead and Global Sales Lead, monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to Regional Lead and Global Sales Lead.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, including knowledge of KYC experience, working in or with financial services institutions.
2. Experience in Transformation and Change within Financial Services, self-managed - energetic, flexible, and capable of operating remotely.
3. Accurate reporting skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail, responsive to customers business needs and clear focus on maintaining excellent customer service.
