About the Role: As Operations Manager, youll be at the heart of our hotels operations, ensuring high standards of service, smooth day-to-day management, and the seamless execution of policies and procedures. Youll be a key part of our leadership team, deputising for the GM when needed and inspiring our teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support all hotel departments to meet operational goals and maintain high standards. Deputise for the General Manager in their absence and implement hotel budgets. Ensure guest needs are anticipated and exceeded, handling any complaints professionally. Oversee staff training, inductions, and ongoing development programs. Drive sales and implement upselling procedures across Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Bar, and Reception. Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety, GDPR, hygiene, and company policies. Manage departmental reporting, stock control, wage budgets, and financial procedures. Promote team morale through initiatives, communication, and leadership. Ensure all hotel systems (Opera, Micros, TMS) are up to date and operating efficiently. Attend management meetings, support recruitment, and act as a key point of contact for staff.
