Job Title
A pivotal leadership role awaits an experienced maintenance professional to oversee the Maintenance team and drive process improvements in a leading food production company.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance team, ensuring minimal disruption to production. Responsibilities include determining needed repairs and improvements, establishing project priorities, and assigning work tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee the execution of all maintenance tasks, both planned and reactive.
* Manage and direct the Maintenance team, including coaching and facilitating process improvements.
* In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, take on full maintenance manager responsibilities.
Requirements
* City & Guilds qualification as a minimum.
* 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience in a leadership position within a maintenance or engineering team.
