In this role, you'll go beyond campaign execution. You'll take ownership of strategy, delivery, and performance analysis across paid media channels, including search, social, and emerging platforms.You will develop innovative campaigns that not only reach but truly engage our clients' audiences. From planning and launching campaigns to analysing results and optimising performance, you'll be empowered to test, learn, and continuously push for stronger outcomes.Collaboration is at the heart of 3B1, and you'll work closely with our Director of Performance Marketing, creative department, and account managers to ensure every campaign is backed by sharp insights and measurable results.This is a permanent role with the option of hybrid work (2 days working from home). For the other 3 days, you will be working at our lovely offices in Penrose Wharf in Cork City. It's a genuine opportunity to grow your expertise, influence client outcomes, and own a key part of the paid media function in a fast-growing agency.What You'll DoPlan, build, and optimise high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and platforms like TikTok and Reddit.Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing to develop strategies that drive measurable growth for our clients across industries.Analyse campaign performance, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROAS and conversion rates.Work closely with the creative department to shape visual assets and messaging based on live performance data.Manage budgets effectively to maximise impact while maintaining efficiency and profitability.Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking and reporting dashboards.Take full ownership of the performance and success of your assigned client accounts.What You'll Bring3+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM and paid social campaigns with meaningful monthly ad spend.Proven track record of planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that drive measurable business results.Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.Strong analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and turning insights into action.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to clients and internal teams.Comprehensive understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.A keen eye for creative testing and audience segmentation.Nice to HaveExperience managing campaigns on TikTok, Reddit, or LinkedIn Ads.Experience building Looker Studio dashboards and campaign reports.Understanding of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimisation.Salary€40,000 to €45,000 depending on experience.
