What you need to knowMatrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for an ETF Client Services Consultant to join a leading financial services company based in Dublin City Centre.Working within a team servicing clients who provide a range of Exchange Traded Products in Europe, covering synthetic, physical and crypto ETPs.This position is a 9-month contract position and offers a hybrid working model.The hours of work vary each week between 7.15am – 3.30pm and 10am – 6.15pm.Your new jobKey duties and responsibilities:Support the delivery of daily ETF operations and client reporting.Act as a point of contact for ETF clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.Act as the point f contact for Authorised Participants and oversee their requirements as well as responding to queries.Build relationships with investment managers and authorised participants.Maintain a strong control environment and contribute to process improvements.What are we looking for?Experience in funds administration and ETF servicing.Strong client services experience.Strong Excel and reporting skills.Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work to tight deadlines and as part of a team.By applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
