Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Are you a dynamic and seasoned hospitality professional seeking an exciting career move? We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to manage our restaurant at our prestigious luxury hotel.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist and support the Restaurant Manager to ensure quality products and service are delivered to restaurant customers.
* Assist the restaurant manager with recruitment and training of the team.
* Schedule and direct staff in their work assignments.
* Resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties.
* Ensure stock levels are maintained.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and liaising with the Restaurant Manager and Purchasing Manager.
* Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of all aspects of the restaurant's operation.
* Develop and implement cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures where possible.
* Maintain good relations with all departments and attend relevant meetings.
Minimum Requirements
* A third-level qualification in Hospitality is preferred but not essential.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong organizational abilities.
* Ability to multitask effectively.
* Previous experience in administration and report writing.
