Position SummaryThe Compass Fusion Implementation Director is responsible for integrating and driving transformational initiatives across various functions within the organization. The role involves overseeing initiatives from diagnosis and design through execution, ensuring sustainable results.This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement improvement plans aligned with strategic goals.Responsibilities include:Leading work planning for the execution of transformation initiatives.Translating transformation designs into actionable steps and leading cross-functional teams to execute them.Applying Compass (operational excellence) principles across departments to unify transformation efforts.Managing multiple projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.Using project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and report status.Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.Leading change management to facilitate adoption of initiatives.Establishing KPIs to measure impact and providing regular updates to leadership.Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Ensuring effective communication to align and secure buy-in for initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related; Master’s preferred.At least 10 years of experience in consulting, project management, or operational excellence roles.Proven success in leading operational initiatives in complex, multi-site organizations.Knowledge of digital strategy, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.Strong project management, influence, analytical, and communication skills.The compensation varies by location, with specific ranges provided for Washington, Massachusetts, and New Jersey, plus incentives.
