Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Active involvement in day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
* Manage statutory compliance including VAT, payroll taxes, corporation tax, and audit preparation.
* Collaborating with the leadership group, including key executives.
* Supervise and develop junior finance staff.
Qualifications:
* Qualified accountant, with 3-5 years PQE.
* Previous experience in an SME environment an advantage.
* Strong commercial finance background.
* Ability to work closely with leadership teams and contribute to strategic decision-making.
