About the Role:
We're looking for a high-energy, ambitious individual from the fitness world to spearhead business development for RAMfit. This role blends direct outreach to gym owners, fitness influencers, and event organizers along with education, content creation, and social media
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive partnerships with HYROX-style gyms, functional training spaces, and fitness events.
* Create and deliver engaging fitness education content, both in-person and online.
* Grow our RAMfit class licensing model by onboarding new gyms.
* Represent RAMfit at events, trade shows, and within the fitness community.
* Work closely with the team on lead generation strategies and help convert qualified leads into paying clients.
* Collaborate with influencers and athletes to promote the RAM across multiple platforms.
You'll Need:
* Strong fitness industry experience (group fitness, coaching, programming).
* Natural ability to communicate and sell – both in person and online.
* Experience creating content for social media (ideally TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
* A deep understanding of performance training, hybrid fitness, and functional tools.
* Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
Bonus Points:
* Experience working with or competing in HYROX, DEKA, or similar.
* Existing network of gyms, trainers, or events.
* Previous experience with fitness education or licensing models.
Location:
Remote, but must be willing to travel for key events and activations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €42,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
