Job Overview
This role involves working across all Personal Lines departments, including securing renewals, processing amendments, cross-selling, and up-selling across all product lines. The ideal candidate should possess good negotiation and sales skills, manage renewals and client retention in line with targets and compliance, and ensure all related tasks such as Mid-Term Alterations, Accounts entry, and claims liaison are completed accurately. Maintaining up-to-date files on Relay is essential.
