Base pay range
Veterinary Nurse – Small Animal
All Pets Veterinary Hospital, Drogheda
Permanent, Full‑time position (with the option of a 12‑month FTC if preferred)
Salary €30,000-€40,000 commensurate with experience
What the role looks like
You’ll be part of a well‑established nursing team, working across consultations, surgical and theatre nursing, inpatient care, pharmacy and laboratory work, and client support. In short, you’ll have the chance to use the full range of your nursing skills every day. The rota is full‑time (37.5hrs over 5 days) with weekends on a 1 in 6 basis, but no overnight work.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll need to be registered (or eligible to register in 2025) with the Veterinary Council of Ireland. Experience in small animal practice is a bonus, but not essential – we welcome new graduates and can provide tailored support, including a clinical coach. What matters most is your enthusiasm, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to providing great patient care as part of a team.
