Some of our brands include:Cleeve's Irish ConfectionerySonas Sweets ConfectionerySwan & OCB Tobacco AccessoriesClipper LightersBallymaloeAgio & Signature CigarsWe are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Internal Sales Team on a permanent, full-time basis.The role is based in our office in Clondalkin and is part of a team of two who reports to the Sales & NPD manager.The working hours are: Monday to Thursday: 08:30-17:00 and Friday: 8:30-15:45.Key responsibilities:· Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls.· Contribute to sales in line with company objectives and budgets.· Work closely with the Sales & NPD Manager, the field sales team and cross-functional teams to align activities with business development goals.· Process sales orders using Microsoft Business Central.· Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships through consistent communication and support.· Assist with customer order queries, working with 3rd party providers i.e. transport hauliers· Greet visitors to the premises.· Organize files and update the customer database.· Any other duties as required.Requirements/Qualifications:· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.· Professional telephone manner and an ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.· Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.· Good IT skills i.e. Excel· Positive attitude with a friendly, polite manner.· Organised.· Flexible.· Team player.· Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage.· Previous experience with corporate wide IT systems will be considered as an advantage.We offer the following benefits:· Competitive salary (30-32K Euro depending on experience)· Work life balance· Life insurance· Pension scheme· Training opportunities· Company events· Friendly environmentEqual opportunitiesWe are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and are committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
