Now, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Golf Experience Manager to join our team and uphold the standards that have earned us the title, "the Augusta of Europe."
The Role Reporting to the Director of Club Operations, the Golf Experience Manager is a critical leadership role suited to a hospitality professional with a deep appreciation for the game and rresponsible for overseeing and elevating all aspects of golf operations-from the first greeting at bag drop to the final putt on the 18th green.
You'll ensure that every guest encounter is seamless, professional, and truly unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities Lead daily golf operations including cart fleet management, caddie coordination, practice facilities, on-course flow, golf events, and member services.
Maintain and elevate service standards synonymous with the Druids Glen name by developing and refining operational procedures.
Collaborating with the Course Superintendent to maintain optimal playing conditions, while communicating course updates clearly and professionally to our members and guests.
Manage department budgets responsibly, ensuring efficiency and quality are delivered in tandem.
Recruiting, training and mentoring a high-performing golf Experience team that reflects our values of service, integrity, and passion for the game.
Supporting the planning and execution of tournaments and golf events, ensuring they run to the impeccable standard our guests expect.
Acting as a visible ambassador for the Club, both on property and at external events.
About You Proven experience in managing golf Experience within a high-end golf club or resort.
Deep understanding of the game, including the Rules of Golf, tournament formats, and handicapping systems.
A natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop teams, ensuring consistent delivery of elevated service standards.
Financially astute, highly organized, and technologically proficient across golf management systems, spreadsheets, and operational software.
Personable, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a talent for creating memorable guest experiences and resolving issues with grace.
