We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our human resources function.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance to management and employees on policies and procedures.
 * Support recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires from application to onboarding.
 * Manage employee relations, resolving issues and fostering a positive work culture through proactive communication and conflict resolution.
 * Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies, maintaining accurate records and assisting with HR reporting and analytics.
 * Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business growth and success.
 * Assist in implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives, contributing to a high-performing organization.
Requirements:
 * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 * Minimum 2 years' experience in HR generalist roles or similar positions.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
 * Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
 * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
