Requirements
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
Strong post-qualified experience in audit, accounts, and client management
Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex audits
Excellent technical knowledge of Irish/UK accounting and auditing standards
Commercially astute with strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Audit & Accounts team, fostering collaboration and high performance
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions
Oversee statutory audits, financial statements, and compliance with professional standards
Contribute to firm strategy, business development, and growth initiatives
Drive innovation by embracing digital tools to enhance efficiency and client experience
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary of
€100,000 – €115,000
, commensurate with experience.
