Job Overview
The Trades & Labour Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for supervising the recruitment and management of on-site Trades & Labour personnel.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in providing Mechanical & Electrical Trades for significant projects in Ireland and Europe, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in this field.
* Recruitment of Trades & Labour to Dornan projects
* Ensure all Trades possess required skillsets & training
* Effective communication with Site & Project Managers on a daily basis
* Regular communication with Dornan Finance & Payrolls teams on a weekly basis
* Liaise with Dornan HR team to ensure correct contracts are in place
* Provide oversight and direction to Trades & Labour personnel
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
* Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts when necessary
* Maintain accurate records and reports of employee performance and project progress
* Minimum 10 years experience in liaising with M&E Trades & Labour
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Multiple stakeholder management experience
* Experience of coordinating disciplinary procedures
