Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Handyman based in the Greater Dublin area. The Handyman will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including repairing windows and doors, addressing minor works, and supporting general upkeep of facilities. Daily responsibilities may include fixing equipment, troubleshooting property-related issues, and ensuring the premises are operational and safe for clients. The Handyman will work collaboratively to maintain high service standards and deliver reliable, efficient solutions.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in general maintenance tasks such as repairs, basic plumbing, and carpentry
* Experience in window and door repairs, including installations or troubleshooting issues
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for minor works and building upkeep
* Ability to manage tools and equipment effectively with attention to safety compliance
* Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients
* Flexibility and readiness to respond to reactive maintenance requests and emergencies
* Previous experience in facilities management or handyman services is a plus
* Full valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations within Greater Dublin
