Training Specialist
to develop, coordinate, and implement our site learning & development strategy. You'll manage the training programme, oversee our learning management system, and drive best practices in training and development across the site.
About The Role
As a
Training Specialist
, you will:
* Managing the learning and development program, including technical, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training.
* Organizing, delivering, and facilitating training sessions as needed.
* Managing training content on the learning platform.
* Conducting periodic training needs analysis and developing training curricula.
* Assisting Subject Matter Experts in designing training programs.
* Maintaining training records and documentation per regulatory requirements.
* Ensuring accurate maintenance of training records and curricula on the Ipsen Learning Platform.
* Designing training content to meet learning objectives.
* Evaluating training delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
* Supporting continuous improvement of training and development programs.
* Participating in cross-functional project teams to establish training goals.
* Monitoring training enrollments and compliance.
* Reviewing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the training system.
* Managing training grants and government training support.
* Defining, developing, and reporting learning and development metrics.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: 3–5 years in a similar Learning & Development (L\&D) role within a global organisation, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Cornerstone Expertise: Hands-on experience with Cornerstone (iLearn) or similar learning management systems is essential.
* L\&D Background: Proven ability to develop, deliver, and assess training programs, with a focus on technical, EHS, and GMP training.
* Skills: Skilled communicator, adaptable, and able to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders.
* Education: Learning and Development qualification / Certified trainer.
* Mindset: Passionate about continuous learning, excellence in execution, and driving real impact for patients and society.
Working Arrangement
This role requires on-site presence at least 4 days per week, with flexibility for remote work as business needs allow.
