Job Description:

You will provide ongoing support through regular check-ins and resource referrals, working collaboratively with community organizations, governmental agencies, and non-profits to connect clients with necessary services. You will document case progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations, participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
* Experience in humanitarian work, social services, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
