Role Description
This full-time, on-site Document Controller role is based in Tralee. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, ensuring that files are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible. The role includes overseeing records management processes, coordinating with project teams to track documentation, adhering to company standards, assisting with project filings, and facilitating effective communication regarding document-related matters.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Document Management, Documentation, and Project Documentation
* Experience in Records Management with attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
* Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
* Familiarity with industry-specific tools or software for documentation is a plus
* Previous experience in a similar role in an electrical or construction industry is advantageous
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
