Job Description:
ManpowerGroup Ireland has an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Onboarding Consultant based in Galway, working on a 12-month contract with SAP. This hybrid role involves supporting the migration of onboarding programs to the SAP SML system.
Overview:
We are part of the SAP onboarding team, transforming the global onboarding experience to be immersive, learner-centered, and personalized. Our goal is to help new employees integrate into SAP effectively, fostering a sense of belonging and enabling continuous learning. We seek an experienced External Consultant to assist in migrating and optimizing our onboarding journeys within the new LMS environment.
Responsibilities:
* Migration Strategy Development: Analyze current systems, develop migration plans, and address challenges.
* System Configuration and Optimization: Recommend system setups, collaborate with IT, and establish reporting capabilities.
* Program Enhancement: Evaluate and optimize existing curricula, ensuring alignment with global standards and role-specific needs.
* Creating a Seamless Onboarding Experience: Design integrated onboarding journeys, advise on transition strategies, and develop continuous improvement frameworks.
* Stakeholder Engagement and Training: Work with HR and other departments, conduct workshops, and promote adoption.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience with LMS migration projects, especially SAP SML.
* Knowledge of onboarding and continuous learning processes.
* Understanding of SAP systems and integrations.
* Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in global corporate onboarding.
* Knowledge of change management principles.
* Certifications in LMS systems are advantageous.
