Restaurant Management Opportunity


The role of Restaurant Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring every service runs smoothly and efficiently.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will act as MaitreD during service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to coordinate daily specials and adapt menus to guest preferences and seasonal needs.

Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene across both front and back of house areas is crucial in this role.

You will lead pre-service briefings to ensure the team is well-informed on menu changes, special requests, and daily priorities.

Managing table reservations and optimising capacity will also be an essential task.

Key Responsibilities:

A key aspect of this role is ensuring consistently high standards in food quality, service, and presentation.

Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally, with a calm and solutions-focused approach, is also essential.

Supporting, training, and developing your team to ensure they are motivated and capable, regardless of experience level, is critical to the success of the restaurant.

Collaborating with the F&B Manager to monitor labour costs, manage rotas, and ensure appropriate staffing levels is also required.

Drive team performance and encourage upselling to meet weekly targets.

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control.

Handle billing and cashing up procedures accurately and efficiently.
