Job Opportunity: Financial Administrator Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team in Cork. This is a specific purpose contract to cover an employee's period of Carer's Leave.
The role involves assisting with the preparation of month end management accounts, reviewing and reconciling balance sheet accounts, maintaining bank accounts, and preparing bank reconciliations. Key duties include processing intercompany invoices, monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts, preparation of weekly debtor reports, processing supplier invoices, and generating financial reports as required by management.
Successful applicants will have knowledge of general accounting principles and experience using accounting programs. A minimum of 3 years' previous experience in a finance/accounting role is essential, with experience of Keyloop DMS being a strong advantage. Additionally, we require individuals with strong administrative and advanced IT skills, who are self-motivated and highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise work.
Desirable skills include a positive, enthusiastic attitude, ability to work well as part of a team, and flexibility in approach to work. Analytical and communication skills are also essential for success in this role, although motor industry experience is not necessary.
