Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial transactions and be able to process accurate and timely payments and receipts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Reconcile statements and ledgers to resolve any discrepancies.
* Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
* Provide technical knowledge and support as required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure and think ahead.
